Processing time

Processing time usually takes from 2 to 3 days from the time the order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to pack your order). Processing takes place from Saturday to Thursday. Orders are not processed on weekends and major official holidays in Egypt. Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number will be sent to your email.

Local Shipping “Egypt”

Nila Far Du Nile store covers shipping to all parts of Egypt. Local shipping usually takes from 2 to 3 days from the time the order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to prepare your order). The expected arrival time for your shipment is (processing time + shipping time).

International Shipping

We use DHL Express for worldwide shipping, and it usually takes from 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. (Shipping time subject to change during major Egyptian holidays). For international shipping, we currently do not deliver our products to four countries: Russia due to armed conflict.Palestine and Israel due to security concerns. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to prepare your order). The expected arrival time for your shipment is (processing time + shipping time).

Product Change and Return Policy:

  1. Shipping prices do not include customs fees in your country, and we are not responsible for them. Please note that each country has different customs fees. The price paid includes the fragrance price plus the shipping price but does not include customs fees.
  2. Products can be changed or returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  3. The order will not be changed or returned if the package has been opened, according to the Consumer Protection Agency’s terms and conditions regarding the change or return of perfumes and cosmetics.
  4. The returned product should be handed over in person at one of our branches for inspection. We apologize for not accepting any returns by shipping.

Cases where the product cannot be changed or returned:

  • If a return is requested outside the specified period of 14 days.
  • If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Anything missing from the package you received, including the original packaging. Products with opened retail packaging (sealed box/stretch wrap/outer cellophane).
